Dr. Karockas “Doc Rock” Watkins is the President and CEO of Ability Plus, Inc. He holds a Doctorate in Philosophy and Theology, as well as a Master’s degree in Theology, from the North Carolina College of Theology. In addition, Dr. Watkins earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and a Graduate Certificate in Business Excellence from Vanderbilt University.
Doc Rock has held leadership positions with General Motors and IBM for more than 10 years. He is also a keynote speaker who has facilitated leadership training in over 20 countries worldwide. Additionally, he has served in executive leadership roles with International Covenant Ministry and Emmanuel Church for more than 20 years.
